TESTIMONY
I hope you are being blessed by God and enjoying consistent growth in you walk of faith and service to Him. Dr. Howard was born in Tampa, Florida USA. He attended First Baptist Church of Gibsonton with his family and accepted Jesus Christ at eight years old. David and his father followed the first steps of being a Christian in Believer's Baptism as a testimony of the salvation of Christ Jesus in their life.
He felt the calling to preach the gospel and was licensed to preach Sept 2, 1981 at his home church. on September 20, 1982. Various ministers and deacons ordained him finding him doctrinally sound and acknowledging God's true calling in his life. "At first, I was not a good student, but I was encouraged by a Pastor to try the Liberty Home Bible Institute and It hit home to me and was the beginning of long, enjoyable study of the Word of God. I graduated with a Diploma in Biblical Studies. After several years of ministry, I continued my education at Christian Bible College and Seminary earning a Bachlor's in Biblical Studies II and a Master's in Pastoral Counseling. Finally, I was awarded a Doctorate of Ministry from North Central Theological Seminary in 2024. I am a disabled minister now, unable to walk very much and I have suffered two strokes, the last stroke has partially paralyzed my left hand. it is my joy that God still uses me to bring His Word in an electronic format to encourage and bless others. Because of my need to ser God I met with several trusted Christian brothers and created Christ is Truth Ministry. This ministry is based on the belief that the Bible is God's Holy Word, inerrant and infallible. I draw from the New King James and the King James Version as my text and agree with the Baptist Faith and Message.
